Invoices & VAT information

At CutsunSVG & DreamCutCrafts, we offer official invoicing for both individual and business customers. If you’re an EU-based business and VAT-registered, your order may be eligible for VAT-exempt invoicing (also known as reverse charge).

 

✅ VAT-Exempt Invoicing for EU Businesses

If your business is registered in the European Union (outside of Bulgaria) and has a valid VAT number, we can issue an invoice with 0% VAT, according to EU regulations.

Important:

To avoid being charged VAT during checkout and requesting a refund later, please contact us before placing your order.

We’ll verify your VAT number and provide you with a custom VAT-exempt invoice or payment link.

What we need from you:

• Your valid VAT number

• Your business name and billing address

Once verified, we’ll send you the invoice with:

• 0% VAT applied

• Your company’s VAT number

• The appropriate reverse charge text required by EU law

 

🇧🇬 For Bulgarian Businesses

As our business is registered in Bulgaria, Bulgarian VAT-registered companies will receive an invoice with 20% VAT included, as required by local tax law.

 

🌍 For Customers Outside the EU

Orders shipped outside the European Union are not subject to EU VAT, but may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

🧾 Standard Invoices

All customers (including individuals) can request an official invoice with their order details. Just leave a note at checkout or email us after purchase.
