FAQs

FAQ'S

Do you do custom designs?

I can make small changes to the existing SVG designs, or provide formats that are not initially listed (PNG, PDF or other that you need, but is missing in the listing). However, I don’t have the possibility to work on entirely new design for a particular customer and fulfil custom requests.

Are your files compatible with my cutter?

The listings with vector files include SVG, DXF and EPS files. They are compatible with the software of the popular cutting machines like Cricut, Silhouette, Glowforge and the laser cutters. You can also use them with any other software that can read those files.

Please read the descriptions of the items you buy carefully - all the available formats are listed in there. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us prior purchase.

Can I sell things I make with these designs?

Yes, you can make and sell physical products (up to 200 pieces per design), made with the files you purchased from this store. However, you CANNOT sell, give away, share or distribute my designs.

If you would like to use my designs for Print on demand (POD) or mass production (more than 200 pieces), you will need to buy an extended license available upon request.

If you would like to convert my designs into digital embroidery files, you will need to buy an extended license, available upon request.

How do I unzip the zipped folder?

On a Windows computer:
1. Right click on the zip file
2. Select Extract All
3. Select the location you would like the file to be placed
4. Select OK

Then you can find the files that are going to be ready to use.

On a Mac computer: double click on the zip folder.

What is your response time if I need help?

If you need my assistance, you can contact me anytime. However, please note that I’m based in Europe and might not be able to respond right away due to the time zone difference. I always try to message back within 24 hours.

My software can’t open the file

Before you can open the file, you need to first unzip it. Please check above for detailed instructions on how to do this.

The files in the zip folders usually contain the file extension within their name for your convenience. If you're searching for an SVG file, you should be able to quickly find it either placed in a folder named "SVG" or by having SVG in the file name.

Can I get the purchased files in a different file format?

It depends on the file you’re referring to and the format you request. I will be able to provide you additional file formats (JPG, PDF, PNG) for all the listings that originally contain EPS, SVG and DXF. If you have doubts, please contact me prior purchasing, so I can confirm if I’ll be able to send you a different file format.

Will I be refunded if I don’t like what I purchased?

Due to their nature, the digital items cannot be returned, once downloaded. Please check carefully the preview images of the products, because you will get exactly what you see on the screen.

If there is an issue with the file or if you face any difficulties using it, don’t hesitate to send me a message and I’ll do my best to help you out.

Why am I getting an error message that the file is not supported?

Please check the following:

  1. Have you unzipped the folder prior opening the file?
  2. If you are using Silhouette – are you working with the paid Silhouette studio edition? Only the paid Silhouette software works with the SVG files. If you’re using the Basic Silhouette studio edition, you will need to work with the DXF files.
